1. Product Condition

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the product is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or installation by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund/Replacement Process

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged or defective product.
  • Upon verification, we will either:
    • Replace the product with a new one of the same model, or
    • Issue a refund for the product value.

3. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after product verification.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Any shipping or delivery charges paid by the customer are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
  • Return shipping for damaged or defective products will be handled by Diseno Italy.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence.
  • Custom or special-order sanitaryware products unless defective.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless defective).
